Senior Policy and Strategy Lead
Do you have experience of adult social care and producing high quality information to help service development and supporting change with vulnerable adults? Are you committed to ensuring that services provide the best possible outcomes for people based on the available resources? Are you able to clearly communicate complex information to a range of audiences, work as a team player and support junior staff? Do you enjoy thinking about complex issues, and understanding latest policy guidance and research in order to advise and apply.
If the answer to the above questions is ‘yes’ then the Senior Policy and Strategy Lead role, based in our Performance, Development and Quality Team may be the right role for you.
About you:
You should be able to demonstrate significant experience in the area of adult social care and understand the political, social and environmental landscape in which we operate. Well developed IT/interactive media skills, and project management experience are essential.
