Here in Adults Social Care we listen to people and know that we need to spend time to understand how they truly feel.   As Service Development Manager, my focus is to help adult social care as a department deliver on good outcomes for people because I know we can make a difference and that is what matters!   We can never make up for people living with vulnerabilities, but we can work on supporting greater independence and prevention of the increased need for care.
