ASYE

Newly Qualified Social Worker / Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)

  • Protected caseload with incremental increase at the successful completion of the ASYE
  • Time protected ASYE specific training
  • Time protected self-guided study
  • Significant supervision
  • 1 to 1 Mentoring or Guidance Support
  • Introductory training in systemic, restorative and secure-base practice (Children’s) and Strengths Based Approach in Practice (Adults)
  • ASYE Action Learning Sets or Reflective Practice Groups
